No Stepping Stones! Bomb Shells Only!!! Hello Kim!!!! Jimmy Lefty guitar guy from 30 years ago

WELL! Seems I am a marked woman here on YouTube! LOL... Every time I upload a remastered video, or anything like it, I receive an email stating I "MAY" be in violation of copyrights of {insert company name here} or another. One vid did get blocked- Jimmy Somerville singing You Make me Feel (mighty real)- and so, I disputed it, explaining what remastering actually is (NOT a copyright violation at all)- and they put it back up!! So, I guess I will just have to deal with the emails and be VERY clear in my info sections on these remasters that I have not altered anything in terms of copyright violation. Sheesh! You'd think they'd like what I'm doing....sounds so much better! ENJOY, friends, HUGS- kim

So far, I have received four of these messages from YouTube admin:

Nothing has happened, though. Remastering is similar to "remixing," and so, I am NOT treading on copyrights. I also do not take any credit for the songs or the artist's videos. I ONLY state that the audio track is "remixed," and IF I create an accompanying video, I mention that. No harm done, nothing illegal, nothing threatening to the artists or their management.
