Look great, and I am sure it tastes great too. One little suggestion as an alternative would be to use chopped basil instead of parsley at end. And also to use some fine strips of red bell peppers along with the mushrooms in the same pan (more color and falvor). :) يسلموا ايديك يا ست نجاة
