9.30 A.M. Holland: Sir Richard Branson key note speaker at the BID. He receives a text message from two Dutch students attending his speech. They ask him if they can join him on his flight to Wahington where Branson has to be in time to attend Obama's inaugaration. Branson says 'yes' to this student stunt, but on condition that they only get a lift in his jet. Once in Washington they have to sort out everything else for their short stay in the USA themselves. When Branson leaves Amsterdam the students don't hesitate. Ready for take of they get in the car together with Branson heading towards the airport to board in Bransons's private jet. (less info)
