How did Zakk manage to make his voice identical to Ozzy's (or as much as possible)? Perhaps some vocal effects? I mean, this is Ozzy as far as I'm concerned. Nice solo though - if you're into the zaney super vibrato bends.

The last minute - from 3:02 - 4:00 is fucking MEGA. Right out of the U2 playbook in sound and composition, but no less MEGA.

Hated this song initially - then it overpowered me with its anthemic grandeur.

Usually Hayley is the focal point of everyone's attention when she's on stage. But she couldn't help but become the giddy school-girl when River's rips into that solo.

I suppose there's no way to do this song and not come off like total gay-boys. So, its not your fault dudes - its the song.

Nonetheless, in spite of the fairy-ness, nice cover! Vocalist is MONEY. Great tone.

Wow. HIs voice is absolutely incredible live. I'm in awe of the intonation and overall quality of Maynard's vocals.

This is the most impactful Coldplay song - imo. The chord progression is magic. Then, the second verse, the band comes in..... brilliant.

His voice is still decent at this point. The higher notes are a bit rough - "Maybe i will never be".

However, in 2011, his voice is pretty much shit.

They were awesome opening for Noel Gallagher. Saw them this past Saturday at the Orpheum in San Fran. Met Antony after the show - great bloke. He was selling his CDs in the lobby - taking pictures with people and all that. Very cool fellow.

Seriously man - watching this and your other video on Jiboo, you could stand in for Trey on any given solo. You have his phrasing style and his intonation fucking nailed.

The moments when he belts it out and lets his voice crackle/break a bit, its fucking pure brilliance.

Perfect examples 2:14 "My EYES have always" and 2:20 "Cuz YOU'RE the only..."

This certain quality of his voice is so powerful, but it isn't too polished, so it is accessible. Just natural ...
