About AV-arkki - The Distribution Centre for Finnish Media Art
AV-arkki, Distribution Centre for Finnish Media Art, is a non-profit artists' association. It was founded in 1989 and has approximately 140 Finnish artist members. The purpose of the association is to distribute and archive its members' media art works; video, computer based, film, installations and cd-rom works. AV-arkki also aims to promote its members' interests and the fields of media art and media culture generally.
