Many times a day when I worked for Combined the managers as well as other co-workers would ask "How's your PMA?" And the only acceptable response was "Terrrific!" They wanted to micromanage my mood. Every morning we had to attend meetings for sing-alongs: "I feel healthy. Happy and terrific. Happy as a million dollar bill!"

Speaking of insurance...

You know that guy who recently got busted for making a peephole video of the hot female sports commentator? He worked for Combined Insurance. I did a stint with then myself. A very sketchy organization. Only later did I find out that the founder, W Clement Stone, was Skull and Bones. Stones go way back in it. A wealthy dynasty.

Of course they had us believe he was a 10-year-old go-getter starting from nothing and cold calling bank presidents. Think and grow rich!
