I doubled the tracks (didnt flat iron) and my head is sore.

I am a white girl and did my own glue extensions for the first time.
It HURT MY HEAD!!! I took them out with vitamin E oil this morning and the glue is GLUED to my hair....... I wish I would have watched your video first.
