Death of the Author Brigade was forged deep in the fiery molten furnaces of Mount Doom. A tsunami of sweat, blood and some less talked about bodily fluids gushed forth on the murderous field of battle as this mighty musical enterprise was birthed.

But mostly it was just Craigs list.

The members of this huge slab of rock and pop heaven are strewn across the globe like blobs of dog spit on a tennis ball. They hail from hither and yon. From the sunny shores of California to the ice encrusted everything of Minnesota to the exotic and boomerang-shaped country of Croatia.
