I hated art and when i went into an eating disorder clinic we did art therepy and it actually helped so much!! just put a pencil to paper and scribble, it doesn't have to be 'good'! it just clears your mind and makes you stop thinking about food and everything related to the e.d. it's amazing! de...

I know what you mean about the numbers being triggering, I think if people wanted/needed to know they could look it up themselves, It doesn't need to be put on menus etc.
