Trailer from the undercover documentary 'Forgotten Bird of Paradise'. The film provides a rare and moving insight into the West Papuan peoples long struggle for freedom from Indonesian rule. The film includes interviews with human rights victims of the Indonesian regime, never before seen footage of freedom fighters at one of their remote camps, as well as footage from the launch of International Parliamentarians for West Papua. Copies of the full documentary are available on DVD at: dancingturtle.co.uk/shop/forgottenbirdofparadise.php Produced by Dancing Turtle Media. 2009

The Melbourne rugby league Under 20s team, the Spalding Thunderbolts, won the Toyota Cup Grand Final on the same day as the Melbourne Storm seniors won against the Eels.
The Thunderbolts beat Wests Tigers in a 24-22 nailbiter on October 4, 2009, and several hours later came out on stage at Acer Arena to face thousands of jubilant Storm fans who had just witnessed Melbourne's premier rugby league teams score two trophies.
This is my video of the after party. Captain Luke Kelly and star fullback Gareth Widdop speak to the crowd. "Did you get a finger to it?" was a reference to a controversial try awarded to Storm in the dying minutes of the game, tying the scores and effectively allowing Widdop to win the game for Storm with a successful conversion.
It was a great moment for all of these boys, who are probably still out there celebrating somewhere!
CONGRATULATIONS THUNDERBOLTS!

A victorious Melbourne Storm team make their first public appearance hours after winning the NRL Grand Final 23-16 over the Parramatta Eels on October 4, 2009.
What you see here is a huge after party for members and guests at Acer Arena, Homebush (just across from ANZ Stadium where the Grand Final was played), attended by thousands of ecstatic fans all celebrating a fantastic win.
This is part 2 of my COMPLETE uninterrupted video of what happened - I am uploading it so that all those Storm fans who would have loved to be there can enjoy it and feel part of it as well... and so those who were there can relive it.
For all those Billy Slater fans... yes he's in this one!
GO STORM! Let's do it again in 2010!
