@22didge It's at 0:10, the officer doesn't actually ask but saying "You're free to look" counts as consent and yeah, since I became a cop I've seen some pretty stupid drivers, especially the ones cutting in front of huge trucks and then braking suddenly

Also, if you search '400 cops vs 2 robbers' the first video is a re-enactment of the other one and they give a lot of details about the shoot-out

@MrWillipea I know what you mean but I'm saying that it begins with this and could easily lead to much worse things. Hence the 'slippery slope' line

@FingerMX He is putting up a fight in the beginning. You can tell because the officer can't pull his arms back. And the gun to the head is because the cop didn't know if he had a gun and he had to be close enough to try to restrain the man.
