12-1-09 1st dr appt w/ PCP about bariatric program
12-1-09 Attended bariatric seminar
12-13-09 sleep study (mild sleep apnea)
3-9-09 1st consult w/ bariatric program (nurse, dietitian, & therapist)
4-14-09 Consult with the surgeon
5-6-09 LAST Dr appt before paperwork goes in for approval!!
5-18-09 Insurance Approval! YEA!
6-11-09 pre-op testing

6-30-09 Surgery date!!!

OMG the wait is killing me! I am soo not a patient person sometimes!
