I don't know why but eft doesn't work for me I have gary craig's dvd but it doesn't help with my axiety or pain from an autoimmune disorder, Perhaps I don't do it enough. I do one round when I feel anxious but it does no good so I don't tend to do another

Thanks for the response, it seems I do everything exactly as you are describing, can you clarify what is done differently with roasting vs. smoking, sorry if this is a basic question, we are new to the BGE. Thanks!
