the last recent month, quite some months... a few persons did bad things to me and my former loved one... in words and actions, of the worst wrong way possible on earth, manipulation, hate, anger, envy... the path of darkness, nothing else.
And even as I know that you guys will use my comments against me... like before,
I forgive YOU ALL.
Your damage is done... now my lesson is, to love my foe and forgive you all.
My path is the love of God, and God loves all his creations, Jesus Christ is my Lord, as gnostic Christian, well this is new to you guys? :) It took me long to learn this lesson, LOVE YOUR FOE thanks! It is not the preacher that matters, only the message does count. Rivalry is destruction, LOVE is LIGHT. Both has reason in Life, the good and the bad.

Well never a good thing, causing confusion and destruction instead of creation and harmony.
If someone wants to pull strings, this shall be the strings of an instrument,
or the keys of a piano, sharing harmony not dissonance.
The only thing that should be turned around, is bad mood... turned into good,
and negative thoughts into wisdom of heart, which is love, nothing else.
Recently uploaded a few Meditation-Tracks, and hope a few of you have got benefit from it.
Meditation is ether a way to totally distract, or the opposite way total focusing on some matter.
Regular practice is known to have positive effect on bloodpressure, blood circulation, metabolism
and can give you a more relaxed view on the world and yourself.
But as always, NO SWEET WITHOUT SWEAT.
Meditation has got nothing to do with religion, but it is know in all major believes and has a tradition of ages... in order to practice Meditation you only have to believe in yourself, this may be the first lesson for many.
