does this canon model also suffers of purple vertical lines while recording lights/light reflections ?? both SX20 and SX30 did have that issue

yeah, it has better blacks due to intelligent Peak led display

also this model has built in wifi and 3d adaptor, the 900 model had those as standalone feature

yes, exactly, sx30 still has the same error as its predecessor sx20, the violet blue vertical lines do appear :( I usually saw them when there was some reflections like filming water, but I see it also shows up in normal filming, too bad, wated to upgrade from my sx20 to this one.

I had this release in original, the game sucked so much..

the one and only cool thing in there was the Box of the game, very bloody, actually the coolest box I ever saw for a gore fighting game.

I've got sx20 and yeah, same thing happens, even at daytime filming,

too bad as I wanted to buy sx30 if canon would eliminate that flaw.

yeah I think it is a defect, as my previous model SX20, is acting the same way with light, shame this one has it too as I wanted to upgrade to this model :[
