SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Set up a variety of sound reinforcement systems including analogue mixing desks, compressor/gate, EQ, FX units, stage monitoring, DI boxes, amp mic'ing and wireless microphones. - Create an effective sound mix using the most suitable equipment available. - Use subgroups, auxiliary busses and insert points. Correctly place suitable microphones to "mic up" vocals and instruments. - Familiar with Midi devices and set ups. - Create sound tracks and sound efxs for moving images - Knowledge of music software such as Reason, Cubase, Logic, Nuendo, Peak, Sound Forge. - Working knowledge of Microsoft office package (i.e. MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point) - Knowledge of graphic design software such as Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. - Ability to work as part of a team or independently using own initiative. - Fluency in Spanish (mother tongue) and English.
