This is garbage. The sound is whacked and it was cut off way before the finish. The footage is a joke - should be all late 60s Beatles and footage of McCartney singing other songs is distracting. Cutting it off in the Harrison guitar section at the end is a crime. Joke.

Robin Day is funny at the start of his talk with Lord Chalfont. (2min 30). Chalfont was amused as well. Chalfont said he was a moderate in this interview and resigned from Labour to support the Liberals because the moderates in Labour had no leadership.
