Next Up: Foot Massage
One definition of ASMR is this: "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp, and often moves down the spine and through the limbs." (http://www.asmr-research.org/) When I'm watching massage videos, that's the sensation that I'm after. I hope that my videos do that for others!
