can eating meat/proteins with a diet of just meat fish nuts oil butter- and no carbs or even lo carbs create a kidney problem in type 2 diabetics, as some other holistic doctors on u tube suggest and also the question of acid and keytones whatgever they are not sure, but they didn't sound too good, any help would be appreciated, im 58 5'2 and 17 stone with readings of around 10 on good days and usually 14 16 peak at 18 rarely been type 2 around three years not, dislike mettformin doesnt work and makes me feel sluggish, need to get my readings down, but im confused and afraid of such a heavy meat/protein diet, and how long can we stay on it please? thank you in advance for any help ta

yea i have a question iam overweight and i keep going to the bathroom and taking a wee. and i have dry skin on both my feet like by the bone sides and its red its been there about several weeks now and iam getting tired alot now. well if u could please send me a message and give me ur response on what you think i have thanks alot.
