Well I'm a self taught musician, still learning how to read music at that matter lol! I love everything about the cello! I've been playing for 6 years and have not once regreted choosing it over violin. Im trying to work on some covers but i've been busy lately and im writing out the arrangements....which is a slow proccess since i could barely read them... but right now I'm working on "Bird and the Worm" by The Used and "Nothing Else Matters" by Metallica, it's not for 4 cellos though.
Also, I am in mariachi, i've been playing guitarron for about a year now but with huge breaks between playing time... so maybe for half a year. Mariachi Diamante's channel has quite a few good songs so comment those, and I'll be putting a few from Mariachi Corona's gig up next month. We're barely learning the music and it will be a VERY small group but it'll be fun!
