@catfishpat first gentle inhale then hold , once u jump through then slowly exhale and when coming out inhale hold lift up , come out and exhale slowly
Mersylla I don't think that tight hip & quadricep muscles can stop you do backbends however open hips helps. Keep your mind open & feel you can do it as positive things happen to positive thinkers, rest is all practice which make it happen.
