What a piece of crap cops. Both of em!!! She was restrained and the pussy cop still punched her. He needs to be sentenced and have his badge taken away. Does LAPD get a kick out of beating mentally challenged homeless people. Our legal system is shot now!!!!

I live in GVL, and when I went back after the fires, I was devastated to see all that was burned, especially the hardware store. Thanx for all the help firefighters.
