Ashley Brodeur, ACSM-CPT, is a Personal Fitness Coach who specializes in fitness lifestyle development and management as well as injury prevention, strengthening post-physical therapy, and fitness for diabetics. You are not just a number in a queue of clients that when you work with Ashley. You are a friend and colleague as you work together to develop and execute a plan personalized to your needs and goals. Ashley's leadership and guidance during (and between) sessions will make you feel secure in knowing you're not alone on your journey.Ashley has been working as a certified fitness coach since October 2002. She has worked for various personal training companies and in April 2009 she started her own business making Anytime Fitness in Agawam her home base.
In 2003, Ashley obtained a certification as a pilates instructor. She incorporates many pilates exercises as well as a strong base of other core exercises in each workout. She also spent two years working in a correctional facility as a fitness instructor. Through this experience she has developed a strong understanding of fitness for law enforcement as she spent time training several officers for fitness testing.
Ashley is currently insured and certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology at her alma mater.
