Hi I'm Ashley. I'm 21, from South Wales UK. I am the Co-Founder/Director of JAPARKOUR. An underground Parkour/Freerunning duo and video production/design company based in South Wales. I started Parkour and film making just over 6 years ago. As the years have passed my skills have developed through my determination. I express myself physically through the art of movement, achieving to improve my stamina and overcome my mental blocks every day. It has opened my eyes and changed me as a person, I now see the world as less of a captivity, and instead I see freedom.
