A few Ray Mears books including the likes of his 'Outdoors Survival Handbook', Bushcraft and his tracking book etc. Also really enjoying going through DK's Wildlife of Britain, which is very extensive, features the most beautiful photography and best of all I got it for free! As you may have gathered I prefer factual books as oppose stories.

1)do you know of any teachers of cornish wrestling in either the west midlands /birmingham area or the newport area of wales?
2) do you know of any events this year in which novice's can enter?
3) if there are any novice events could you tell me how to enter and where i could buy the wrestling jacket?
4)i have the cornish wrestling book and from judo experience i can figure most techniques out however, im a bit confused on one thing, are there definatley no holds on anything on the jacket? can you not put your arm around the waist to do the hip throw or is it strictly a jacket hold?
