@SilentBob420BMFJ i don't know the xbox buttons, so no buttons in the explanation.
in ACB you can do it only while fighting him (don't know about ACR), it the fists counter attack.
you can also kill them and just pick it up... (kill them after they draw their weapon)

i can think on a 2 reasons:
1) u already did it
2) if u cracked ACB it could be that. try a different crack
