I am the head of the Sociology department at the University of Rajasthan in Jaipur.
You all definitely know JAIPUR, the historic, enchanting and the great PINK CITY in India.
I am an original Jaipurean and I love this city ! I am also a fan of HEIDELBERG, Germany and as a matter of act, all beautiful cities on this small planet of ours !
On the academic side, I have an MA and M. Phil ( Jawaharlal Nehru University )
And Ph. D / P. N. d. D ( Germany ).
Since a couple of decades, I have been teaching at the university and have been doing research and guiding students for doctorate studies.
I have attended a number of conferences and seminars and have given lectures in India, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, England etc..
I have carried out surveys for The World Bank, UNICEF, Asian Development Bank and Indian Institute of Management., amongst others.
