@BenJoeMosesII All eyes, it has to with with the fact that in real life their is a blur effect, in a viedo game, not so much. Without a blurr effect, you can notice so jits, even at 30 fps. If you got a game to 24fps (movies are at this) and had realistic blurr effects, you wouldn't notice 24 v...
