@taranipper -- which site did you order it on? Did you go to NorthLightShop.com and order the DVD, or did you go to ArtistsNetwork.TV and order streaming access to the video? If you subscribed on ArtistsNetwork.TV your video should be there -- just log in and go to "My Workshops" and you'll be able to stream it whenever you like. If you're waiting on a DVD from NorthLightShop, please be aware that shipping may take some time, depending on your location. :) Please feel free to contact customer service on ArtistsNetwork.TV or at NorthLightShop.com (depending on where you ordered your video) and they'll be able to look up your order and give you a hand.
