Funny thing is that Messi is actually Argentina's best player. He plays in a different role for them and creates a number of chances of the strikers hence why he had 10 assist in 2011 and would have had more if Higuian could finish

There were a lot more decisions than these ones. And whilst all this was happening all the decisions were going against arsenal. Everyone knows man utd would struggle if it wasn't for the refs. Lets just hope for their sake that the FA do not bring in video technology :)

messi is no longer at the stage where he is being questioned as the best in the world. Every top pundit. journalist and footballer knows he is. Now he is being compared to pele and maradona. So messi is clearly better than ronaldo who is a top player but not on messi's level.

plenty of players out there who play a similar style to ronaldo but they are obviously not as good. Messi is just a special and unique player. No one can touch him

The fact that ronaldo has so much space when he plays against barcelona and messi has atleast 5 players around shows which team fears which player the most. And even then Madrid result to assualting messi in order to try and stop him.

People who think messi's goal wasn't 'that good', simply do not appriciate an artistic goal. It was probably the hardest goal to score along with neymar.

Ageuro is the more gifted footballer, More technique . People would pay to watch him.

Rooney is different. Limited techinique but can play in different positions ,more of a bulldozer with workrate who relies on his strength and speed.
