This certainly looks a LOT SAFER than riding a bike on the public streets where people in cars pay more attention to their cell phones than where they are going.

I stopped riding both bicycles and motorcycles on the road because I'm afraid of those cell phone texting morons.

Apparently, they have no more respect for the Fourth Amendment than they have for the Second Amendment.
