Keep up the good work!
I can only express how sorry I am for the ignorance you had to deal with in these videos, because I just cannot understand how people can be this dense, specially at an age where they have a matured (supposedly) brain capable of more advanced thought. Three years ago I studied Evolution for the first time and was convinced for two whole days that Lamarck was right (I was a stubborn kid) but eventually did my research and the conclusion to which I got couldn't have been anything else (that Darwin's theory was without a doubt on the right track), unless I was both blind and deaf. Or an idiot.
Keep up the good work!
Your videos are definitely a source of inspiration both for me and many others out there, I'd bet. Being born in a mainly religious country into a Catholic family, I had to struggle with a good deal of pressure to earn my "Atheist" card. Ever since I had my first science class, I developed this thirst of knowledge that led me to spend weekends reading books and researching online.
I am currently in my freshman year, taking Biomedical Engineering (which is much less environmental-directioned) but I intend to take something in the area of Biology after I complete my current studies.
(continued next comment. Damn you, youtube.)
Disclosure: I lean towards agnosticism and feel organised religion is designed to control the masses. Lets face it; the idea of an all-powerful being wanting you to ritually worship it and tithe the clergy is ridiculous.
