I am an average generation X-er growing up in the 21st century in Canada, and trying to make sense of the world around me.

I have a passion for politics but only in the sense of limited government and limited control in the lives of people.

I work as a software architect during the day and try to find time in the evenings to blog and share the knowledge I have gathered along the way in my quest to understand the world around me, and to answer the most fundamental questions in life.

In 2006, I started the website ArmyOfOne.org as a tool to share knowledge with others and enable them to contribute by creating an account and posting articles and videos.

I also recently took the time to encode and post all of the footage from the Iraq Troop Surge debate ( 428 video clips ) from congress onto the Internet so that the people in America can see where their representatives stand on the Iraq War.

I hope to see a future world filled with Knowledge, Truth, Justice and Freedom, where people put humanity above self interest and hubris. I believe the current system is simply a mirage, full of smoke and mirrors where people are increasingly enslaved by their governments, politicians, and media capitulating to big business and self interest.

I long for a world free from lies, deceit, war, oppression and tyranny and am convinced that one person can make a difference and that change starts within ourselves.
