I didn't even notice this for the 2 months I played with gamepad. Once I started using mouse, I shot at a draugr behind cover and the arrow swerved LEFT to hit the pillar, instead of his shoulder where I was aiming! I really hope there's a way to fix this, I can't believe bethesda hasn't offered ...

I guess I'll have to look this up, since this completely non-informative video left out all the practical details... instead of the goofy "terminator" effects, they should've explained the implementation.
