You can use mangonels and stay allied with henry the lion to see his base and when you are ready,instead of changing to neutral and attacking,use the mangonels (attack ground)button and set it on a building or unit

If you want to get rid of the tripoli guards early,just train 5 Men-at-arms and 3 Camels And head east.Under some trees there are some Cavalry,Archers and a Mangonel.Just take them out and the tripoli tuards will resign
