Haha wow, i've never heard a cover of this song that i liked, I always end up missing jerry on lead... But this, well they certainly took it in a new direction, and i gotta say I respect it and certainly enjoyed it!

From what i've heard this is an old folk/gospel tune that was sung a lot at funerals... Whooaa i'm surprised to see they played this! They played this a bit early in their career but even then only a handful of times... Very old tune, goes back a ways, and this is a real treat to see the boys playing it decades later! Would have loved to have been at that show!!!

Def one of my favorite shows, but i do have to say i've heard some i like more, though that's more my taste than anything else... So tough to say what was their best show, but your absolutely right wharfrat this one is up there!

@Urbanomad22 He played the organ, so he's off to the right off camera, i didn't actually catch a shot of him but i may have missed it... Shortly after this he passed away, in '73, in fact he stopped touring for a while after the europe 72 tour, as his health was deteriorating... He wasn't promine...

Freaking amazing! Jerry is absolutely grooving in this one :) Wish it was titled "Jerry Garcia Band- Second That Emotion 90-9-1" only so you could find it easier in a search, i wish had had found this one sooner! Thanks jerry, amazing as always, reminding me what counts every single day!!!! :)
