We are all composed of cells, made up of atoms that are originally tiny shaking shocks of energy. Energy is not created and cannot be killed. It doesn't exist, nothing does. We are all results of nothing, and everything around us is a result of our thoughts.
No thought, emotion, person, or thing exists anywhere but in your mind.
