The old City Jail in St. Louis was a killer. Breakfast was a Honey Bun , no coffee , no nothin. Lunch was a thin baloney sandwich that you could see through . Dinner was another thin baloney sandwich . The bunks were steel with no mattress. The cells were 8 or 10 men. Central Jail was lots better...
