having played both dual wield and dual cast playstyles, i find casting is much better. while you cant match the dps of dual wield, you can stun lock enemies with the dual cast perk stagger in destruction. try playing a character with 0 mana cost enchantments on destruction and restoration... pure...

@bigsasserify actually in Skyrim i found that its much easier to start with the DB before doing the thieves guild. the DB armor gives such good benefits to a thief/assasin that its worth doing first. the muffled shoes are particularly helpful at the start when your sneak is low
