About Ariel's Videos
Ariel Foo is a local songstress who has impressed crowds with her euphonic and crystal-clear vocals, and is proud of her mix of East-West musical influences such as Misia, Sandy Lam, Alison Krauss and Corinne Bailey Rae. First discovered through Ocean Butterflies' singer development programme in 2007, Ariel was later selected as one of the top 40 finalists of Mediacorp's "Live The Dream", a reality TV talent show in 2007.
More recently, Ariel, as part of the R&B duo called Yumetori, performed at The Esplanade in February and April 2011, introducing fresh takes on some popular hits in the pre-1980s. Yumetori is in the midst of producing its debut album.
