My name is Ariel Eshcar and I'm a Guitarist/Musician.
I started playing the Trumpet when I was 10, my father who's a professional classical Trumpet player taught me how to play it till I was about 15 years old.
I started playing the guitar at the age of 14, I took lessons from 3 different teachers over a period of a few years , I used to practice at least 8 hours a day.
Since then, I have played and recorded with several Bands in the last 13 years
. --------------BISHOP OF HEXEN: In October 2003 I Joined Black Metal Band "Bishop of Hexen", During June 2004,I recorded with them a promo Cd, entitled "Unveil the Curtain of Sanity". It was released for promotional purposes only and was highly appraised by record labels & magazines around the metal scene.
In November 2005, We recorded the Album "The Nightmarish Compositions" In DB recording Studios ,Slovenia.
The Album was Released by CCP Records in 2006.
I also took part in composing the songs for the album along with Keyboard player "Dimsrost".
----------ELECTRONIC ARTS :
In 2009, Electronic Arts used 2 songs of "The Nightmarish Compositions" album ( which I recorded with Bishop of Hexen ) for the Video Game "Brutal Legend" featuring Jack Black and bands like Scorpions, Megadeth,Iron Maiden, King Diamond, Ozzy Osbourne and other great bands. ------------------------------
My solo guitar playing is influenced especially by guitarists like Greg Howe,Gary Moore,Tony Macalpine, Richie Kotzen,Jimmy Page,Yngwie Malmsteen,Frank Gambale,Stevie Ray Vaughan...these are the guitar players I grew up on. I also have some old neo classic instrumental material I want to record someday
There is also a jazz fusion project I'm working on these days
