@davidajgp the m5 is limited to 155 in 7th gear but does 180 in 6th gear because the speed limiter only affects 7th gear

Many M5 owners have an AMG Benz as well. The Benzes are a little better for cruising at the speed limit and thinking about pussy.

I've got both of these cars. Mostly guys look at the M5 and some ladies. Mostly females look at the Sl55 and some guys. M5 is more fun when you are breaking the law. sounds like he is not changing at redline or even close to redline . At that speed the car should have started in third gear. That sounds like it started in 4th. Most of M5's acceleration happens between 6000 and 8000 rpm and the driver must drop into a gear where that rpm is instantly accessible...

You can't pick your nose in this car without someone seeing you. Definitely makes the Veyron look homely. Wonder if a one litre bike could pass it on the highway?

You can't drive the M5 in automatic mode and get the most speed out of it. It takes a while to learn how to get the most acceleration out of it also. Its power starts to wind up at 5500 rpm and the car gets into stride between 6000 rpm and redline.

They should take the test with four adults in each car.
