About this user
So many people and things ask you to describe yourself in little, simple, usually monosylabic phrases, when all you need to say is, "I'm playing a part."
But, I'll humor myself anyway. My name is Albert, and I am an aspiring filmmaker... that has made no films. Don't get me wrong, I will, soon, but not at the moment. I currently have two short scripts in the proccess of being filmed soon, but nothing past that. My influences include Jim Jarmusch, Kevin Smith, Wes Anderson, Richard Linklater, Richard Kelly, Mel Brooks, Terry Gilliam, Ron Sterling, Stanley Kubrick, M. Night Shamylan, Quentine Tarintino, and Jim Henson... the puppet guy (can't beat The Dark Crystal.)
Well, mainly Jim Jarmusch and Wes Anderson in terms of style, but the other guys helped too. I hope to be attending film school next year after I complete one year of Philosophy at ETSU.
You are probably wondering why I have no videos... That's simple. I'm poor and don't have a digital camera. But, in case I do have one in the future (maybe my upcoming short, "A Lesson in Piratical Affairs," here's a nifty looking profile for you to look at. Isn't that nice, eh? I put a lot of work into it. Oh, and I like Radiohead and Tom Waits... Get Thom Yorke's new solo album...
