I ain't Finnish. Just out of curiosity, when was the last time Sweden actually owned Finland? And on top of that, the other way around?

Russia straight up fucks Canada up in any important games they face each other. I'm honestly surprised if Canada makes it to medals in Sochi.

Czechs and Finns stopped them. I don't think Canada will make it to medals in Russia, just like they didn't in Nagano and Torino.

Quite true. However, by the time Swedes got most of their medals (including gold) Finland was paying their war debts to the Russians. Also, another very important fact to note is that the Finns and Russians never lose their games on purpose to avoid any team throughout the tourname...

If Sweden was better than Finland 5 years ago they really wouldn't have gotten beaten by the Russians 5-0 in Torino and after that incident give a forfeit loss to Slovakia in purpose so they can match against Switzerland in the quarterfinals instead of Canada. The finns, how...

Does anyone see the irony? As a team Sweden doesn't stand a chance against Russia, but as a team Finland always stands a chance against Russia. Olympics or not.

Sweden doesn't stand a chance against Russia. Even against team Canada they have only one victory back in '94.

Canada has won 2 olympic gold medals in the last 60 years in Canada/USA. Try do that in Russia.

This leads me to believe Canada is not the top hockey team. They had a home field advantage in the latest olympic, however.

I don't buy Halo games for their campaign. Halo 3 had the worst multiplayer in the series.

If I'm not entirely mistaken Sweden had 9 players from NHL at WC 2011, whereas Finland had only 5.

It's Vancouver and Sochi people care about, and frankly, I think Finland might take the gold in next, they're so strong now.

5th placement at Vancouver 2010 olympics is pretty poor excuse for losing 1-6 in the finals.
