We have one root - Turkic (not turkish).
I am kazakh, I also know turkish. Our grammar is almost the same. Turkic people used to live in current Kazakh territory. Their history starts here.

Уровень алкоголизма был расчитан неправильно.
Думаю, во многих домах делали самогон и прочие напитки, которые не были учтены в данном фильме. Скорее всего, потребление алкогольных напитков было намного больше.
