i do not think this action (or threat) is bad right now, cuz the majority of people have no clue about this, and even those who do may not understand it. i think it would be a great lesson if these companies did that...however for at most a day ...maybe 2...but no more...just to drive the point h...

by any chance, just a side question: on the laptop that you said the smart data thing kept saying your HDD had bad sectors, did you by any chance have windows installed on it yourself? cuz i just got that message after i installed win 7 for robotics...so maybe there is a fact...

yeah, i ditched opensuse. i wanted to try it, and probably will, but have had nothing but trouble installing it. it will not install with lvm (i reboot to "no active partition") and will not delete my previous lvm's when i try to install with regular partitioning. going back to fedora for now lol...

thank you for the splitted video...and by that i mean 20-30 min each. it makes it easier for me to watch in incriments. prob is a lot of editing. thanks tho :D! God bless :P

@meera1817 well...i seem to recall that you would need the go phone plan's data plan thingy...i think it is like 15$/mo. for 200mb...or something. but i think it is possible. precentral forums would have greater details. i hope u get it working :). God bless :D
