@lellyumsX -- You have no idea what I would give to see everything they shot for that scene. I also wish there had been a full flashback to James' and Lily's deaths. That was probably the only thing I was really disappointed with in DH - Part 2.

This scene never fails to choke me up, but most of the time I bawl my eyes out. The music is amazing, the scenery is lovely, the acting is fantastic, the story is incredible, and the ending moments are so beautiful, bittersweet, and powerful. Truly a moving few minutes.

@ember514 -- Exactly! She's a great character and fighter, I just wish they didn't overly-sexualize her and her outfits. No one could fight like that in a tight leather get-up.

Oh, the irony . . .

When Bella screams, "No, please, please!" and "Kill me, kill me -- not him!" it sounds like Lily pleading with Voldemort to kill her instead of Harry. :/

The sight of these girls drinking and smoking while they are pregnant infuriates me. They were dumb enough to think that having a baby at 15 is a good decision, irresponsible enough to get themselves pregnant, and then selfish and naive enough to mistreat their bodies--and their unborn children--...

. . . And this is why I'm waiting until I'm married. I've always wanted to have kids, but there's a time for that, and a teenager isn't that age. I'm happy to be a teenager for right now, and be a mother when I'm older and ready.

Haunting music . . . perfect for Lily saying good-bye. Wish the whole scene of her sacrifice had been in the movie.

I love the last image of the video before it ends, where she's overlooking the water, the sun is setting in a rosy glow, and a light breeze is blowing around her hair and the rose petals are moving around. It's so beautiful. Lovely song. :)

Horrible, tragic story. What I find most moving is how Denise made sure her children were protected from that guy before being taken. She was very smart and did all she could to save her life. She was not a victim--she was too brave and clever to be dubbed that. She was not "taken" easily. Denis...

These girls all have their heads in the clouds when it comes to being such young mothers. Babies are a wonderful gift, and motherhood is meant to be enjoyed and anticipated. I'm content to enjoy being a teenager, and to have kids in ten years or so after I'm married and ready to support a baby. :/

@fisteberg -- It can definitely feel very unfair, and it is, but that's because of the broken, fallen world we live in. And yes, life does go on. Her death taught me many things, but most importantly, it brought be to a real relationship with Jesus Christ, and that's some of the beauty that comes...

Anyone know the music that starts after Lily speaks to Harry and ends at 0:33? It's beautiful.
