	Graylock33JMJ (2 months ago) On01:56 mins - I would assume the person survived because he is still shooting as the wave recedes.The building survived and can be seen in many of the aftermath clips. But I think I see your point. Hypothermia, or an attempt to leave the building early, before the surges stopped could have taken a toll. The camera simply could have been past on. There was also a problem with stairways, many were just washed away. I understand helicopters played a big role in roof top rescue?, now you have me going.
