Yea, that's the project file. It just allows you to edit it if you're unhappy with it by opening to project file..........To view you you have to render it:

Hold down the left mouse button at the part you want you vid to start------->Scroll to where you want the vid to end------>if you did it right that whole area while be two lines with blue in between them------>Go to file---->render as---->select the format----->customize it however you want----->hit save.

It'll start rendering and when it's down you can watch it.
