I was born in Havana, moved to Madrid for two years before coming to America. I have been living in Miami for 41 years. I have never lived elsewhere but South Beach. I am working on getting published and returning to college for a second degree. The first degree I earned back in 1998 - an AA in Computer Animation. If I return to school once more, I would like to major in English and minor in Journalism. I am trilingual: English (duh!), Spanish and ASL (American Sign Language). Sign language, the language of the Deaf and Hard-Of-Hearing, relaxes be so I keep learning the language in order to be as fluent as I can be.I am a single man who never wed or had any kids. I have family but they all do not live in Miami. Cuba, central Florida and Chicago are the places my family resides. My dad died last year (tough), so I now have my mom and an older brother. I am heavily inclined towards the creative side of life. For the first third of my life I was a musician (long story), then I started working in computer design and web animation. Then I go really sick and diagnosed with bipolar. That horrific illness has slowed down (nearly to a stop) my life for the last ten years. It is a hard battle but I am slanted forward with fists high. This storm will never kill me because I WILL NEVER let it. That's it for now. Have a good one. Carlos.
Bravo! Beautiful cover Michelle.
